Hey everyone! I'm having trouble with my Greddy Profec B Spec II boost controller. Since installing new turbos and a few other things this winter, I haven't had time to reset my boost controller for my new setup.
When I did go to set it today, I wasn't able to hold full boost. I would get up to 15-18 psi depending on my settings, but then boost would taper off down to 5psi or so and I can't figure out why.
I bypassed the boost control system and ran wastegate pressure, and everything seems good - holding at about 12 psi or so.
I also tried disconnecting some of the vacuum lines, and tested the system with compressed air. The valve sounded and felt like it was working properly, but it is hard to tell with just an air compressor.
My Greddy did not come with the stock valve. I am using a MAC valve that looks about the same as the original.
Everything with the system worked fine in past years. Does anyone have any experience with similar issues happening with a bad valve or anything else?
Just trying to narrow it down.
